1. Complete the Residential Application
   Next, please complete the residential application found on our website. While we understand this application is not ideal for commercial purposes, it allows us to collect the necessary information to conduct the required background and credit checks. Feel free to skip any fields that do not apply to your commercial application.
2. Submit Payment for Application Fee
   You will be required to submit payment for the application fee once the application is completed. Please note that all application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Complete the Property Submission Form
   Lastly, please complete the property submission form below, providing additional details regarding your intended usage type for the space.

If you have any additional documentation to submit, please email it directly to  Allen@FloydRA.com that all commercial leases are written in the business owners name and with them as a personal guaranty, with few exceptions for larger corporations.
